Good morning! It’s April. Today is part 3 of my blog series called “I can see clearly now” (part 3). This is the final message in this series. It’s about gaining clarity in your life and/or your business.
Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. When we are surrounded by chaos, clutter, drama or unfinished business in all forms, this drains our energy and causes us to not be able to think clearly. Being surrounded by clutter is like trying to tune into a radio station but all we hear is static because the signal is weak. Clutter weakens our energy and creates confusion. Order restores our strength and clarity.
Spiritual teacher Iyanla Vanzant says, “Cleaning out the closet is a good way to eliminate mental clutter. Cleaning out the basement frees the subconscious mind. Relieving a purse or wallet of old receipts and useless telephone numbers clears the mind of fear, shame, or guilt, of the opportunities we failed to take advantage of in the past.” (read more in her book “One Day My Soul Just Opened Up” Pg 313)
Every time I write, I feel like I’m getting an important lesson as well. I’ve learned that our best advice we give someone else, is advice we most need for ourselves. Amen to that! And you can’t give someone else advice and not do it yourself! I guess that means I’ve gotta finish some organizing projects in my home this weekend. I’ve already gone through all my clothes and donated to Goodwill. And this Saturday, I will finally start cleaning out my cluttered closet in my home office.

I hope you’ve enjoyed this series on gaining clarity. I invite you to start and complete one project that creates ORDER in your life so you can experience more clarity.
As always, I love to hear any success stories or “aha moments” you’ve had on this topic of clarity. I don’t want the conversation to be one sided. I want to hear from you too. Get in on the conversation by typing your comments below. I’ll be reading and responding to all of them.
p.s. I also recommend the book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” by Marie Kondo and Wayne Dyers book “I can see clearly now”. He was the inspiration for my title of the series.
