Hey, It’s April.
The life-changing question I asked myself and I think all entrepreneurs (anyone, really) should ask themselves is…
“Do I want to spend the rest of my life as a “cover band” or do I want to be an influential ORIGINAL ARTIST?
I know this analogy is around music but this applies in business and life.
Meaning, do I want to be just another carbon copy of other businesses or experts in my field…
… OR do you I want to be AN ORIGINAL and bring my own original ideas, point of view and unique solution (that no one else has!) to my clients and industry?
Nothing wrong with cover bands. There are very talented people in cover bands.
But I think way to many talented people
(no matter what industry they are in) are
holding back from living their highest potential. They are settling for less than who God created them to be.
It happened to me too.
One day, I chose to start being an original by expressing my truest self instead of a carbon copy.
I start sharing my own original ideas and perspective, innovative solutions and do my own thing.
My soul was yearing to express my truest self. I wanted to be all that God created me to be.
I’ve always known I was destined for a lot more.
Maybe you’ve been feeling the same way?
If you are already a thought leader in your field, congrats! Keep setting the example for the rest of us.
If not, I want to share something.
My friend, you are in a leadership role for a reason.
You have something important to contribute to the world.
There is no one else on the planet who can do what you do the way you do it. No one else has your unique GIFT.
Please don’t die with all those innovative ideas and your unique point of view inside of you.
Lots of people are searching and praying for help.
YOU are the person who was sent to help them solve their problem.
God has been preparing you for this work your whole life.
The world needs you to be you, not them.
I needed this reminder too.
