Last week, I shared with you that clarity is a decision.
This week is about gaining clarity by paying attention to
our intuition.
Your intuition is a gut feeling that is sending your body a signal that helps you move from confusion to clarity. The signal feels like “yes”, “no” or “caution”. The feeling can be subtle or strong. Depending on how present we are.
Yes feels open, expanded, light, feels like truth
No feels closed, heavy, tightness, like two magnets that repel each other
Caution feels like you need to pause, “sleep on it”, gather more information then proceed.
Your intuition speaks to you in many forms such as: a tingling sensation in the body, goosebumps on your arm, when the hair on your head or arms tingle or “stand up”, an “inner knowing” that something just feels right or feels wrong for you.
Clarity also comes from divine guidance. When we quite our mind and LISTEN for answers. Guidance can come through a messenger (a person you know or someone you don’t know), a conversation, a sudden thought to go somewhere or talk to someone or read something, or while surfing the internet. It can also be a a flash of insight or an idea you had not thought of before. Sometimes these signals are so subtle that we miss it all together or we dismiss it as just a passing thought. But it’s important to pay attention to this inner guidance.

A great exercise to help you gain clarity, relieve stress and increase focus is to start a daily meditation practice. Even if it’s just 5 minutes of sitting quietly with no distractions. This trains your brain to become more present. And when you become more present, you will be able to tap into your intuition and notice all the signals that have been pointing you in the right direction all along. When you quiet your mind and listen, that’s when you receive the answers and clarity you been searching for.
My meditation practice has been life changing for me. I hope you’ll give it a try. I use a guided meditation by Oprah and Deepak Chopra. But Youtube has a lot of meditations for you to try.
